What does “research use only” mean?+
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and may not be used for human or veterinary consumption. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or institution.
How is purity verified?+
Every batch is analyzed by an independent third-party lab using HPLC and mass spectrometry. A certificate of analysis (COA) confirming >99% purity is included with each order and available in your account.
How fast do orders ship?+
In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 business hours. Peptides are shipped lyophilized; cold-chain packaging is available at checkout for temperature-sensitive compounds.
How should peptides be stored?+
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods but should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within the validated window described on the COA.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. We never store your card details on our servers.
What is your return policy?+
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days. Contact support to start a return.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?+
